Update as at 24th March 2020
As of the 23rd March 2020 the Ministry of Health have advised that all non-essential dental care should be ceased immediately. This means that, for now, all currently booked appointments are now cancelled. We want to keep you and your family safe. We thought we’d answer a few questions below.
New patients, records or review appointments?
Once we are back open, we will be seeing patients in the order that they were originally booked. If your appointment was originally booked for the week we closed, we will be seeing you first. If your appointment was originally booked for the week that we reopen, your appointment will be delayed.
Retention appointments?
Keep wearing your retainers! Keep them in your retainer case and away from dogs, hot water and your bedroom floor.
If you lose or break your retainer, email office@hbortho.co.nz
