Fees

At Hawke’s Bay Orthodontics the treatment fee varies between individual patients depending on the complexity of the treatment, the cost is often less than people are anticipating. The treatment fee can be paid over the course of treatment to make finance more manageable. Please feel free to contact us if you have any queries or require further information.

Fees and payment options

There is a fee for the initial consultation; it can vary from $100 to $260 depending on whether or not x-rays or moulds of the teeth are required. When arranging your appointment our staff will advise you of the fees.

The cost of orthodontic treatment depends on the type of treatment, as well as the complexity and length of the treatment. Kirsty or Andrew will outline all of the costs involved and provide a written treatment plan with a quote attached for your consideration prior to commencing treatment.

The practice offers a range of payment options including an upfront payment discount, family discounts and payment plans with monthly installments.

Wish for a Smile

We have volunteered our services to treat selected children within our community who are unable to access orthodontic care because of financial hardship. With this aim we have joined the Wish For A Smile Trust which is a non-profit charitable trust run by the New Zealand Association of Orthodontists (NZAO).
