Fees and Payment Options

At Hawke’s Bay Orthodontics the treatment fee varies depending on the complexity of the individual patient's treatment. The treatment fee can be paid over the course of treatment to make financing more manageable.

Initial Consultation

There is a fee for the initial consultation; it can vary from $150 to $375 depending on whether or not x-rays or scans of the teeth are required. When arranging your appointment our staff will advise you of the fees.

Costs involved

The cost of orthodontic treatment depends on the type of treatment, as well as the complexity and length of the treatment. Kirsty will outline all of the costs involved and provide a written treatment plan with a quote attached for your consideration prior to commencing treatment.

Payment Options

The practice offers a range of payment options including an upfront payment discount, and payment plans with monthly instalments.

Wish for a Smile

We have volunteered our services to treat selected children within our community who are unable to access orthodontic care because of financial hardship. With this aim we have joined the Wish For A Smile Trust which is a non-profit charitable trust run by the New Zealand Association of Orthodontists (NZAO).
